After traveling 12 hours, we received a call from the hotel just minutes before arrival asking if we would switch from a double queen room we had reserved to a king room. I explained that we specifically needed the double queen room and was told there had been an "incident" and there was no choice. When we arrived about 5 minutes later, we were then told we had to wait another 30 minutes because the room needed to be cleaned--even though it was already 9 PM and we were exhausted. What made the experience worse was the lack of communication. Staff would not explain what the incident was, leaving us uncomfortable accepting the room without knowing was it a death, illness, bedbugs or something else. Unexpected situations happen, but clearer communication & better handling would have helped. I wouldn't expect to arrive after a long day of travel and be left confused about whether the room I reserved was actually available.

The location in general was very clean, the employees were polite. The room was wonderful, we almost slept in too long! I would definitely come back especially if i was able to get the time to stay longer!

My bed liner had what looked like semen on it..the shower was too small, no liner. The toilet looked like it had urine right in front of the toilet. Although there was a blackout curtain the light shined right into room in the bed. The staff was nice, but they allowed my adult son into my room without calling me, asking if it was ok, or even for identification. My room key did not work multiple times. I had to come back downstairs multiple times. A stranger walked into my son’s room while his wife was asleep and thank God nothing happened to my pregnant daughter in law. My other son had to have a different room, Their room smelled like mold and was dusty. That will be a place we will never stay again. I would not suggest this place to anyone! Everything that happened, no ID check specifically was very concerning. Also, one of the doors were not secured and the camera was unplugged. Never again! I would love to get my money back!

This was the worst stay and experience at a hotel that my family and I have ever had. My wife and I checked into the hotel and had to use two rooms there. The first room, the room smelled moist and like mold, there was no fan ventilation in the bathroom, there was a stand up shower that was disgusting, tiny and no shower curtain. The light in the stand up shower was cracked with bugs inside of it and the room itself was dirty and was covered in dust. We requested a second room which we got, however the room wasn’t much better. We had a tub shower but was super small where I was looking over the curtain rod. Our room key did not work multiple times and the keypad stopped working. My mother was also staying at the hotel in a separate room. I needed to grab something from her room when she was not there and the staff (male employee) gave me a key to enter my mother’s room without confirming anything. I appreciate them allowing me to go inside her room but I thought it was very concerning that they would give me the key to her room. My brother and his wife were also staying in a separate room. There was an incident where the staff gave a stranger my brothers room key with his wife sleeping in the room. The stranger walked in the room and noticed my sister in law sleeping and luckily walked out and advised the staff that the room was occupied. That is very concerning. Lastly the back door isn’t secured and anyone could enter. The only thing nice about the stay was Lauren or Laura.

The employee that welcomed me in was very sweet and pleasant. In the past there have been some staff that were not so pleasant. Room was fine except very lukewarm shower-almost cold which wasn’t pleasant. I did let the know upon leaving. Everything else was good!
