Quality Inn does a good job overall. Room was clean and updated. Front staff were helpful. The front entrance can be challenging unless you are driving a small vehicle. Would stay here again. Pet friendly as well.

Property badly needs to be updated. Rooms have a lot of wear and tear, bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were odd shaped. Breakfast was mostly waffles or yogurt. On a positive note, the front desk staff were extremely pleasant. It's not a bad hotel if your looking for a reasonably priced place to sleep but that's about it.

Was ok for a 1 night sleep over on a longer trip. We are not big fans of exterior entry "motels" but the price was much better than the other options for essentially a sleep. The room itself was fine. Older, but beds were comfortable, and room seemed clean. Breakfast was fine - nothing great.

Pros: close proximity to I-55. Excellent bed and good shower, which is important to me on the road. Young man who checked me in was very nice. Cons: musty and dated room. LOUD. Hotel is filled with construction workers, and they fire up their diesel trucks at about 5:30 AM, letting them run in the parking lot for a long time before driving off.. This went on for about an hour. Construction workers standing around outside of the rooms, just hanging out, smoking, etc. I was very uncomfortable. Do not stay here if you are a woman traveling alone. I was not alone but still quite nervous. Also, the person who checked me in said my name and room number out loud when he gave me my key. I was alone at the desk with a random man standing behind me. They should not be saying the room number out loud. Personally, I'd rather pay a little more to feel safer and to have a room vibe that was fresher and cleaner.

Very courteous and friendly staff 😊

The room looked clean but the carpet was sticky and so were the floor in the bathroom and by the vanity. The bathroom was clean except for the floor board. It had some dust. It's close enough to reach from the toilet so it's right there in your face. Bed was comfy but those pilliws! Horrible! Small and were shoved in to the pillowcase to look full but no they are very flat. Had to ball them up 2 like a stack to sleep. The arms by the corner of the couch needs to be cleaned. Had some dirt marks and was a little sticky. Could be fun what was used to clean because it was the same sticky feel as the carpet. The staff was super nice. Very courteous and helpful. The hotel just needs some TLC to bring it to the top. It's minor things but some of those really nake a difference! If it wasn't for the few things i mentioned i would have have it A+ rating.

We made the reservation over a week ahead of time but when we arrived they said we couldn't stay because even tho we had moved to Arkansas, we were considered "locals". They need to say that up-front instead of waiting until we arrived. Luckily, Holiday Inn Express in Dyersburg accepted our money for the night. Will NOT recommend to anyone.
