"Lovely decor in reception and communal areas. Room was just what we needed. Spacious for a family of 4 sharing. Pool facilities were great. Breakfast was good quality, plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and professional."

"+ polite staff, lovely quirky hotel, - room cold, unable to regulate heat quick staff response by putting heater in room. Noise levels unacceptable from beer keller two doors away playing loud muic until 2am. Rang desk at 1.30am who informed me they don't usually stay open that late but their opening hrs state otherwise. Kitchen extractor woke us at 7am that same morning. Windows not double glazed. Awful nights sleep."

"Location was ideal for me as i needed to stay near family. Although there is nothing near by apart from Starbucks, Costa, KFC 10 mins away. The rooms were ok, bedding was clean Although underneath the beds was not. I found not nice things in there, like chewing gum, cigarette papers, French fries. I only used the rooms to sleep and shower. The main issue for me was the window latches were missing or very loose and i did not feel safe while sleeping. The windows are not double glazed. "Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen."
