"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

"The room had a bad smell. The furniture was beat up. No microwave. The heat/aircon air exit vent had dust build up that really needs a good cleaning. That’s bad for anyone that suffers with respiratory or allergies issues. "

"I won’t recommend staying at this hotel because it’s not up to code rooms are smoked in and they have strong odor plus it’s a live in hotel you have all sorts of things going on it needs to be renovated and also sheets and blankets smell as if they haven’t been washed or replaced after clients leave. Not recommended pay the extra 30 dollars and have a better stay."

"The staff was excellent. Everything was really clean. The location couldn’t have been better. The only things that were even a little off was the parking situation and also they must have purchased it recently because the old name was still on a couple places like the glass doors, so after a long trip and being tired it was a little confusing. I would definitely stay there again."

"This is a well maintained and staffed hotel near the hot spot of activity at Inner Harbor. I stayed 5 days for a festival and was able to walk to and from my destination easily. I used the gym and was able to get a solid workout in. The TV is a bit old and runs slowly, but I never used it anyway.
I would say that while the hotel was a clean and pleasurable stay, it feels slightly overpriced compared to equivalent hotels in the area."

"This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port.
The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future.
It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store."
