"The Shuttle, which they offer two and from the airport and also to and from Raymond James Stadium is not reliable. Also, I know I booked well in advance of a busy time for the hotel and even though I am a seasoned Hilton guest, they put me in ADA Room with a terrible view. The room also had a very loud AC unit which blew directly at the head area of the bed, and it only came on when the temperature discrepancy was so much that the air that it blew out was absolutely freezing no matter what the thermostat was set to.. I was woken at multiple times during the night by the AC turning on to the point that I ended up having to have the room AC set to 80° just so I wouldn’t get frozen out. The woman who worked the front desk gave off major mean girl energy to the point of being very noticeable. Also, the food at the hotel is not good at all and extremely overpriced. Whoever the hotel hired to do upgrades to the hotel, obviously did not know what they were doing and maybe this was because they were just trying to save money and get the cheapest labor possible. But it’s clear that the tile job in the shower was somebody’s first time ever tiling anything. Overall, I give this place three stars. The location was pretty convenient and within walking distance to Publix a mall that is half empty and some nice dining spots."

"Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I waited more than 40 min for my room to be “clean”. Nothing to say about the staff but the manager was with a little attitude and the excuse for my room to not be ready was “everything is sold out because of the BTS concert”. I would never come back again. "

"Staff was helpful. Great price but a lot of issues. Kitchen was microwave, sink and a dorm fridge. No dishes were provided at all. But there was dish soap. 1st room as card key wasn't working was upgraded to a two bedroom. Tub was not cleaned well but everything else was worn and old but clean. Beds were excellent but only one blanket and top sheet. 2nd day was moved to a one bedroom as all two bedrooms were needed for reservations. In this one the fridge didn't work and the shower was cold, now matter how you played with it. But everything was clean. It's a good 1 or 2 star hotel. Worth the money if you are visiting on the cheap."

"The room was clean and the staff were nice and friendly. We stayed two nights. The pool area was clean and the bathrooms were also clean. Our daughter ate breakfast from the pool restaurant/bar. The lady tending the bar/restaurant wasn't the friendliest in the morning but the lady in the evening hours was friendly. Overall experience was great and I would go back again. It was also convenient for our stay in Tampa."
