"Great rooms everything met expectations "

"This is a great hotel with a great location. I love that it is connected to the mall and lots of dining options. The mall is top tier too. We used the airport shuttle to take a to and from the airport! My only complaint is that the rooms a slightly dated and the water pressure in the bathroom was rather low. "

"If you're flying in or out of Tampa, this is by far, THE PLACE TO STAY.? You literally walk one step and you go from the lobby into the terminal. The room was on a recently renovated floor and was first class as was the bar/ lounge and the breakfast Cafe. The food was excellent. The pick-up and return of the rental car was so efficient, right on the property. Check in valet service, or self parking was also the easiest I've ever seen at a major airport. "

"The hotel was nice and clean. However the staff was not super friendly and we called down to the front desk the first morning asking for more towels and hand soap and no one ever came. We were put in a handicap room which was not a big deal but water got everywhere when we showered and it became very dangerous. "

"The room and property is very clean. The food at the restaurant is very good and priced well. Staff is friendly and accommodating.Convenient market in the lobby for snacks. Pool area was clean and well kept. Surprisingly we did not hear airplanes in our room with the close proximity to the airport. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Travelling with 2 teenagers. We reserved two rooms with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, they told us that they gave our rooms away and gave us 2 rooms with 2kings. They wanted our kids to sleep on pullouts. (Which we found dirty socks in) and they just gave us sheets and made us make the bed ourselves. Would not recommend this hotel to other families. "

"Everything was up to my expectations and beyond! The Wed. night Happy Hour was a very pleasant surprise. Breakfast was more abundant than most places. A wonderful stay and I'd go back in a heartbeat!!"

"The staff were incredible! Especially Diana at the front desk. It’s such a clean and aesthetic hotel. The pool was perfect and the location couldn’t be any better! I will for sure be back! For sure one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever been to. Oh, and the continental breakfast was so fresh and good too!"

" Love the proximity to the airport and their prompt Sutton service. Hate the cleaning lady screaming “housekeeping, housekeeping” so loud through the hallway on a Sunday morning! They should fix that! "

"The hotel is close to the airport with shuttle. A few restaurants and mall near by. The shuttle will take you to the mall. Our room was nice and big with a very comfortable bed. Free breakfast had a good selection. Would definitely stay again. "

"Our room was dirty. There was candy on the floor and feminine wrappers in the bathroom. There was also someone else’s glasses hanging on the picture frame. Along with a hot tub that didn’t work and we specifically booked it for the hot tub. But they didn’t indicate that ahead of reservations."
