"This place was really great. I love a sort of DIY hip hotel like The Foundry Suites. The rooftop is for hotel guests only and has an amazing view of the Acropolis as well as refrigerators and tables where you can have your breakfast. We took our bottle of wine to the roof and kept it cool in the fridge one evening. Its very peaceful up there. "The property is as represented online outside and in. The property is renovated and well maintained. The staff are friendly and speak fluent English. The Greek breakfast is good. The neighborhood is covered In Graffiti and not as nice as this hotel of apartment suites, yet close Plaka, the main affordable shopping area with eateries. We enjoyed a restaurant named Egg of the Rooster."

"We had a great stay at Urban Tales Hotel. Tassos made everything so easy. Check-in was smooth, he was very communicative throughout our stay, and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Monastiraki Square and so many restaurants and the Acropolis were just a short walk away. The bakery across the street was also a huge plus. We ended up going there every morning! We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Property was perfect for our 3 night stay. Perfect location to restaurants, breakfast places and to see the Parthenon, Acropolis and museum a 15 minute walk! We went to the beach 20 minute taxi ride. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was new and clean. My only complaint was the view, but we were barely in the room so who cares definitely not a deal breaker!"
