"The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool."

"The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. "What a fabulous hotel and resort. I find it hard to fault anything atall. The staff were super efficient and in plentiful supply; the accommodation was lovely (although our terrace lacked a nice view - my only small criticism that can't be helped in any case); the food options were amazing and the pool was top class. My wife and I stayed for 6 nights with two other couples and we all loved it. Even the constant parade of weddings was a joy as the guests were dressed in immaculate local attire. A...
