"This was a quaint little place, just a 5-minute walk across the bridge from the center of town. The rooms were decent-sized, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My room had a terrace overlooking the garden area. The bathroom was large enough to move and shower, with plenty of hot water. The hosts were available and friendly, and the breakfast was quite sufficient, and served with a smile. "

"Tau House is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for warm and relaxing vacation. My husband and I had an amazing time here. We spent 5 days, and we wished we could've extended our stay. This is the first vacation where we truly felt relaxed and rejuvenated. The decor of Tau House is warm and inviting. The color scheme aids in providing a relaxing environment. Our bedroom was so clean and spacious. I love that the king size bed is actually a king size bed and not two beds pushed...

"The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. A few days before arrival, I was told to call a number or go to a building that wasn’t clearly identifiable on Google Maps and wasn’t actually opposite the bus terminal as stated. On the day, I then received multiple WhatsApp messages about collecting the keys—difficult to manage without mobile data, meaning I had to find WiFi just to check in. On arrival, the floors had clearly just been mopped and were still wet, leaving footprints...

"La ubicación y vista del apto, espectacular. Apto moderno bien iluminado, bien en camas y ropa de cama. No obstante, al estar en via principal lleva ruido en la noche y madrugada (carros, motos, trafico, personas, etc). Ahora bien, de atención urgente, el mantenimiento en el apto por el olor a alcantarilla en el baño principal, cabina de baño auxiliar suelta y con peligro de quebrarse, silla de sala con forro totalmente roto.. mantenimiento urgente."

"Gorgeous property. Recommend the penthouse very affordable and world class view. Staff was very helpful in getting tickets to boating activities. Also hotel is perfect location at top of guatape short walk into town to shop and eat/drink and then take a cute colorful moto car back to hotel. Also, restaurants were great at hotel. Excellent food and service. Highly recommend and superior value"
