Accoglienza meravigliosa, ci hanno offerto un caffè in attesa del check in. La camera era grande, con un letto comodo e tanti scomparti per riporre le nostre cose. Bagno grande dotato di tutti i comfort. Balconcino carino con vista sulla strada colorata. Ottima la colazione con uova e arepa, frutta e caffè.

I like everything! The customer service, the food, specially breakfast was delicious and they serve a delicious coffee!!! The staff is very welcoming!! Respectfully and considerate!! The rooms are super clean, comfy beds, and nice atmosphere. I loved it!!

Hotel Chromatic is a colorful, clean hotel. Located in the heart of Guatape, the hotel provided us good breakfast each morning, a nice hot shower, and friendly staff. Though the room didn't have a coffee pot or refrigerator, the coffee bar downstairs made good coffee and lattes, and my wife loved the hour massage on site--a paid option from their spa.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Guatapé, look no further. Don’t let the very reasonable prices fool you. This hotel offers exceptional value and easily competes with places that charge much more. The only thing to keep in mind is the room type. The Standard Rooms have interior windows facing the hallway rather than exterior windows. If having a window or balcony is important to you, book one of the Comfort Rooms with a balcony. The price difference is minimal, but there are only two of these rooms, so reserve early. The balcony rooms face the street, so they can be a bit noisier, while the Standard Rooms are quieter. It really comes down to whether you prefer a balcony and outside view or a quieter night’s sleep. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. I would gladly stay here again.

When we arrived it became apparent that I had made a big mistake and arrived a day early. Thankfully, Valerie (apologies if I have your name wrong) helped us out and sorted us out, which was much appreciated. All the staff were helpful and, even though there was a language barrier, still made us comfortable.
