"This was my husband and my 11th time in Cancun/Riviera Maya area but 1st time taking our 3 (2 adult 1 teen) grandkids, along with our 2 adult kids and 1 spouse. We wanted them to get the most, along with the best of experiences that we have had in the 30 plus years of coming to Mexico. This hotel met just about all of those expectations. Starting with a beautiful resort, spacious clean rooms (staff at the desk upgraded us all to the privlaged rooms) , good entertainment, fun lobby bar and bartenders there were so gracious, fun pool entertainment (Fabian at the pool was wonderful to talk to and loads of fun), good food and restaurants,(very hard to get dinner reservations on app but the girl at the welcome desk made that happen and she was great), good liquor and variety of drinks( husband loved the beer choice and rest loved all variety of mixed drinks ), coffee shop which we loved, nice beach(unfortunately was unable to enjoy due to seaweed which smelled bad and made beach unusable thanks to Mother Nature), most of all swim up bar which was the highlight of their 4 day visit. They met people from all over the world, had a blast and we had the very best bartenders at the swim up bar. Hats of to Antonio, he was the wonderful and couldn’t have been any better. Gustave and Arturio were awesome also! Other than the beach, wish snack bars were self serve and didn’t have to wait to be served at tables. Took too long. All in all great choice of hotels considering. Thanks to staff!!"
