"The staff was friendly and obliging. Especially Hector who was so kind and courteous and spoke with us every day (except his day off) He made us feel very comfortable. And our room was always clean and neat with special effects thanks to Patricia. Loved the flower and towel "art" ! The only negative things were that one day a gentleman who was clearly a guest entered our room with his card key. "We stayed there for 2 weeks. The rooms are bacis, but they are very clean. The house keepers Bonfilia & Leidy did a great job keeping our room super clean. The views are fantastic. The area is nice and quiet. The grounds and pool areas are very well maintained by Jesus and Carlos. The front desk staff, Jose Ramón, Jose Sortero, Enefertiti and Edgar are super friendly and very helpful. The staff at this hotel is what made our stay special. They are all fantastic. I highly recommend staying here....
