"The place itself wasn't terrible. But if I had to describe it, I would say the bare minimum. To start they have offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. We called around 11am to see if we needed to schedule the shuttle, they said no just call when you land. We called at 5:40 to request the shuttle and the lady said it was shift change and at the latest they would be there at 6:30. They didn't arrive until a little after 7. Then we back to the hotel there are only 3 towels, and minimal soaps for a suit which can hold 6 people. The garbage cans on the property were overflowing. For the breakfast on our first morning they didn't have any syrup. The second morning for our breakfast the person who was suppose to set up was supposedly running late so no hot foods were available. Most of the front desk staff couldn't be inconvenienced to help with anything. Mid day on day 1 all of our room keys stopped working and we had to get them reprogrammed. Pool and hot tub was great, only about 6 towels in the pool area both times we used the pool. And lastly the parking lot was terrible. It was packed full because the hotel rents out the parking spaces for people traveling and there are not enough room for the people staying at the hotel to actually park. On of the people in our group had to park their car on the street which is what front desk staff told them to do. So as I said the property itself wasn't horrible but definitely the bare minimum."

"First the breakfast was wonderful, but there It's not enough seeds for the number of rooms they have,building was not cooled. They had all the windows open but no air running on a 90 degrees day. Room was nice and big. I wish to TV would swivel. We had no shampoo or conditioner. We asked for more but all they would provide was a little travel bottle. I had to take the empty bottles to them to get big bottles. We have 3 girls so one travel bottle wasn't going to work. The pool was nice but they couldn't keep up with towels. The staff was wonderful!!! We could tell they were short-staffed. And even being short-staffed the staffing was very pleasant. Also they only had one elevator. For the most part was fine except for breakfast, check in and out. The elevator was packed for at least 30min to an hour."
