"It was weird that they have to manually enter the card info for incidentals. I hate to be untrusting but card security while traveling is extra important. Good brew pub across the parking lot."

"Arrived at the hotel about 4 a.m. after being relocated from another hotel that canceled our reservation. The hotel clerk who had spoke with Expedia's relocation services said she could not find our name in their system even though the email from Expedia showed our name and that Expedia submitted payment to the hotel. My wife, who was completely frustrated by this point, pulled out her credit card to pay for the room even though Expedia had already paid for it. I had to make several calls until...

"They never told me at check-in that I needed to request housekeeping. I never saw a housekeeper in my room. EVERY trip on the elevator going down from the 5th floor had phantom stops on several floors. Got reprimanded for bringing a half beer down from the room to the gathering area."

"Everything was great, only negatives were that the shower couldn't get hot only mildly warm and the TV was hard to put my firestick into. Other than this it was great, clean and a great location."

"The front desk clerk was absent when we arrived. After several minutes, I phoned the property and she came out from the laundry room. She apologized profusely, said she couldn't hear over the dryers. After that, check in was fast and easy. The room was large, the bed comfy. The breakfast was very good, for a hotel breakfast. My only suggestion is to turn down the heat in the fitness room. There is a fan in the room, but doesn't help."

"The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was interesting that the beds were not side-by-side. They were positioned across drom each other with lots of space in between. I would stay here again. The morning desk person said they only have 15 rooms. "

"This is a wonderful Best Western Plus. We had a balcony suite that had a bedroom, living room, large refrigerator, small cooktop and full kitchenware, ie.. plates, glasses and silverware and a dishwasher. Granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom was also large with 2 sinks. Fresh cookies everyday. Coffee anytime and delicious free breakfast. The staff were very nice. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible"
