"I made a reservation in advance and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my name was not in the system and there were no rooms available.
I provided my ID and booking details, but unfortunately the issue was not resolved. At the same time, my card had already been charged.
The situation was disappointing, especially after planning ahead. I hope the hotel can improve its reservation management and customer communication to prevent similar situations...
