I left the mat up when I left for the day and housekeeping did clean it. They should be checking these things routinely. The location was great to quickly get to the places I wanted to visit and the...

"Positive: Breathtaking view, luxurious room and bathroom, very helpful and respectful staff, great fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna, close and easy access to park and lakes, Lotte malls, food court, cafes and restaurants.
Negative: Hardly any other than that our toilet seat cover didn't open automatically and the use of sauna is not complimentary.
Note: We didn't dine at the hotel because there were many dining options nearby."
