Great for young or independent travelers who like a taste of multiculturalism. My parents in their late 50s also loved it and found it entertaining. Note: the bathroom facilities were a little rugged, if that's important to you."

The staff were very friendly, the onsen was excellent, and the food was terrific! The hotel is out in the countryside, and is not far from the Akiyoshido Cave, which is the primary attraction in the region."
