We booked the superior room but the room we were given had stains and was dirty. I called the front desk and showed them the pictures of the room we had booked. My booked room had blinds missing from one window (so no nighttime privacy); but the gent on duty promptly moved me to an upgraded Executive room when I reported the issue.
