"Decent room, but soundproofing could've been better. Restaurant in the hotel itself with a small discount is an advantage. Upper West Side is a great location and family-friendly, leafy area, a rarity in Manhattan."

"I stayed one night on 2nd floor. The room was clean, compact and had all necessities. Next time I will opt for a room on a higher floor or in the back of the hotel in order to minimize outdoor noises and for a better view. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast, the wine & cheese hour plus coffee and snacks (available 24/7) were included with the stay. Breakfast had a great range of items (replenished frequently.). Lots of dining choices in the area. Close to Central...
