"This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Very easy to access, clean and spacious rooms, well appointed with everything we needed. We had a car and had easy access to parking. Very short ride to A5 and walking distance to all the sites in old town Heidelberg. 100% would stay there again."

"Las fotos de la habitación Estudio Deluxe inducen a confusión, porque hay diferentes tipos de habitaciones dentro de esa misma categoría, y hay mucha diferencia entre unas y otras. Reservas creyendo que te van a tocar las más modernas, y acabas en un piso medio vacío casi sin muebles. "

"Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!"
