"RoW was a delightful exoerience. Out of all of the options we found this was the most representative of the history involving Rotterdam's maritime history. The Owner provided phenomenal communication, answering all questions in detail and throughly. She also privided us with an account of the work done on the Wilhemina and scrumptious breakfasts!"

"The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). "Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Zimmer verfügte angabegemäß auch über eine kleine Küchenzeile. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass auch Geschirrspültabs im Zimmer verfügbar waren, so dass wir auch das Geschirr unaufwendig für uns nutzen konnten.
Die Zimmereinrichtung war modern und stilvoll.
Der Online-Check-In funktionierte nicht aufgrund der noch zu entirchtenden City Tax. Das freundliche Personal hat uns daher umso mehr geholfen."
