"Our stay at The Inn was wonderful. Diane and staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful with great suggestions. Shopping and picnic supplies were spot on! Breakfast was delicious and more than plentiful. The pool was not available at this time, but what a beautiful setting. We’ll stay here again on our next trip to the Berkshires."

"The Chambery Inn is in a great location to explore downtown Lee and attend shows at Tanglewood. Would recommend the Chambery to anyone coming to the Berkshires."

"GFI in bathroom was inoperative. Room had no Smoke detector. Bathroom exhaust seemed to be blocked. Bathroom door does not close. Main entry door hits the floor. Overall conditions seemed to be shabby."

"Room smelled awful and the blanket was so dated. We ended up driving home 1 1/2 hours rather than stay the night. Very sleazy."

"The room we had was spacious, and there are nice outdoor sitting areas. Breakfast is placed in your refrigerator and in a basket the day before. If you are hoping for a charming Berkshire bed and breakfast with a cooked breakfast and interaction with your host, you will be disappointed. If you are satisfied with an unusually nice motel, you will be very happy.""

"Every point of contact I had at 33 Main was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. It’s evident Donna and her team run the inn with love. It’s clean and gorgeously furnished on the inside. You’ll recognize it from the outside, because it’s the most charmingly decorated on the block. I stayed in the Cliffwood room, which was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler (in other words, although smaller than the other rooms, it did not feel too small). "If you just need a place to sleep after a Tanglewood performance, it is very convenient and the price is right. It is very “tired” though."

"Hot tub in the cottage was wonderful. The provided guide was very comprehensive and we appreciated all the amenities available in the main and carriage house. "

"This is a quiet, no frills place. It’s hard to find a reasonably priced motel in the Berkshires in-season and this is it. Fancy it is not. Stylish, also no. But it was clean and the mattresses were comfortable."

"My stay was great. There were a couple of problems with my room which were quickly fixed. Steve who is one of the front desk clerks is wonderful. He went above and beyond. Breakfast was wonderful. Coffee just needs to be a little stronger..."
