"We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Hotel is quiet and relaxing. They were at capacity but you would not have know it. Service at the bar could be slow, as it appeared wait staff from the kitchen also tends the bar. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Great look caption, close to the bridge."

"Excellent staff and location. Great for resting since it was quiet. The facilities are pretty good at the price range. Food was very good and expedited. The coffee shop was excellent with great service and very good coffee. Room was very well equipped with kitchen and washer machine. Bathroom was nice although with some opportunities in setting and rack at the shower. Bed was comfortable although the pillows were too flat. Overall, a very pleasant experience"

"The property was pretty nice, and in an excellent location. Right across from the train station, and a short walk to the bus stop. There was a bar/restaurant on site that looked really nice and appeared to stay open late. You can see the Tower Bridge as soon as you step outside the door. Also, I very short walk to the Borough market. If I go back to London, I will stay there again."

"The posting stated the bed was a king size bed, but it was actually a queen bed. The washer/dryer did not work. The lock was not working one evening and we were locked out for 45 min and could not get ahold of anyone. There was a huge block party outside that went until 2am and could be heard clearly within the room and was absolutely a disturbance to our entire night. The police were even around the corner and did nothing about the disturbance. It was one of the worst stays we have encountered...

"Me gustó la ubicación, el precio y el personal. También te dejan guardar tú equipaje sin problema aunque haya terminado tú estabcia.. sin embargo las duchas no tenían shampoo como ponía en la descripción del lugar... Además es el primer hostal que encuentro con que no hay toallas, tienes que alquilar una por 5£, no es fianza, es alquiler de toallas... No me pareció nada bien que además eso no estuviera en la descripción del lugar, fue "sorpresa" y si vienes de noche no tienes opción que pagar...
