"Staff were really helpful and courteous. Our French is barely passable so their excellent English helped us a lot. Room was very clean and comfortable and a very good fresh continental breakfast topped it off before we left for our holiday "

"We only stayed a night but had a lovely time in Rouen. The hotel's location is central and close to the cathedral, the shops, and lots of restaurants. Parking is available and can be tight, though they may have options for larger vehicles so make sure to inquire ahead and reserve a spot. Every staff member we interacted with was so kind and professional. It really made an impression. Our one breakfast experience was not ideal as there was a constant long queue for 1 coffee machine which blocked several of the food areas. Overall a lovely hotel with stellar staff. "

"Very nice new place. It is spacious, clean, and bright inside. A good grocery store is 10 min walk from the place. The internet is good. The front office people are very friendly. Possible to walk to the old town. Easy to get to the central station. Overall, I highly recommend it!"
