"The Four Seasons Westcliff was our first stop upon arriving in South Africa, where we met up with family and friends who reside in Johannesburg. We were warmly greeted at check-in by Precious the process was very smooth. Very much appreciated after flying for over 30 hours from California. Our room was very well appointed with welcome treats provided. We ate all our meals over the course of two days here, and were looked after very well by Atli and Sethi at breakfast, and Zizi at Flame...

John Paul makes you feel welcome and pampered and the suites are large, well appointed and more than comfortable for relaxing and sleeping when on property. So much better than much larger chain hotels throughout Joburg. Location and luxury make the Parkwood our top option. "

"This is a perfect hotel to stay in Rosebank - it is conveniently connected to the Rosebank mall through a short covered walkway so easy access to all restaurants, shops and cinemas in Rosebank (everything you could need in one place) Our check in was so friendly and easy , and a lovely feeling in the reception of the hotel, they have a very relaxed helpful vibe. I can highly reccomend the hotel and would chose to stay anytime i am in South Africa"

"I loved everything about this hotel. After speaking with Tamsyn for several months, she (and the rest of the staff!) made sure my visit was exactly how I wanted. The food was spectacular. "Alcohol free hotel so be aware. Staff lovely and rooms well appointed. I have had hot water issues on the last two visits and the lack of a fridge in the room is a pain. Breakfast service can be slow. Would recommend due to location and staff."

"This hotel was the perfect location for a short stay for International visitors looking for a very safe area and within meters of a shopping complex containing dozens of restaurants, bars and fashion outlets. We chose it for its close availability to the Hop On Hop Off bus- the stop being right outside the hotel, The room was large and spotlessly clean, the shower was hot, the linens were new and I loved the iron and ironing board in the room. My only complaint was that my key card...
