"When we got there, EVERYTHING was broke, from the elevator, the pool, the hot tub, the ice machine,& the vending machines. And we paid for the amenities. And the man at the desk told us the elevator was out, we would have to take the stairs, our room would be on the 3rd floor, it only had three floors(By the way I take breathing treatments). Didn't give us any money back or ask if we would like different accommodations for the elevator being out, just told us to use the back door, & other guests told us if we wanted we could go next door to the other motel & use their pool. Our room was never cleaned the three days we stayed there, the table in our room was broke so we couldn't eat together at the table, my husband had to go downstairs & ask for more towels because we ran out, my husband told them the accommodations wasn't working for us, the lady at the desk told him there was nothing she could do, we had to report it to the corporate office, but didn't give him a number. We had to use the trash can outside because we ran out of room in the one in our room. There was leftover food in the refrigerator from the guests before us. But yet when we checked out we were asked several times if we wanted to leave housekeeping a tip. If I was you & was planning a getaway, I would run very fast from this place, it is beautiful outside, the pictures & what they say on online are very deceiving that is why we picked them, you are not getting what it shows online!!."
