"The rooms were freezing and when we informed the manager we were told that the heating was broken. It was about 3 degrees outside that night and they didn’t even attempt to give us an electric heater or anything."

"On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. "Lovely new hotel. Bedroom with beautiful sea view and complimentary nice touches. A small table and chair by window would have been good and curtains let a lot of daylight in early morning but otherwise room was spot on. Disappointed that roof top bar wasn't open for majority of my stay and when it was open, it wasn't serving the food advertised on menu. Service in restaurant a bit slow and confusing around whether bar or table service and whether food available outside or not. Need more staff...

"We were met by our first names and instantly offered a cup of tea and cake! This personal,friendly theme ran throughout our short stay and made it a really lovely experience. The rooms were large and beautifully furnished with everything you could want and shiny clean. Breakfast was well organised with a time slot so we could again benefit from the personal touch from our super hosts. Excellent, freshly cooked large portions😀.
