Stayed there for two nights and had a very strong urine smell in the room couldn’t figure it out brought my own pillows, sheets and blankets so didn’t sleep on theirs, but could not take could not take the smell when we were checking out. I pulled back the cover to the mattress and the mattress was soiled so bad right where my head was laying and that’s where the smell was coming from to the front desk about it did nothing and I’m about to go social media on if things don’t get...

"Cleanest hotel and breakfast is wonderful! Also you can walk to the Ark Encounter via back gate access only 5 minute walk saves on paying for parking. Restaurants near by is Jalisto Mexican Restaurant portions are HUGE! Enjoyed our stay."

"The room was very clean. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The lobby was nice and clean too. They had a really nice free breakfast with sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and Gravy, muffins, juice, and great coffee 😋. I finally got to use the washer and dryer after waiting an hour and having the staff remove someone's clothes! I would definitely recommend this place 👌"

"I was bitten by bedbugs and personally observed them in the room. Due to the infestation, I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Although the inn refunded my stay, I continue to suffer from allergic reactions caused by the bites. My greatest concern is that I may have unknowingly transported bedbugs to my home, resulting in additional stress, inconvenience, and potential expenses. It ruined our family trip."

"We were in town for wedding it was a great location and the staff were so very helpful and nice!! The only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars is because the walls must be paper thin!! The 2nd night there the couple next door came and went and music was so loud in their room told the front desk staff and he called up right away but the people didn’t care they turned it down but could still hear it!! Slept when I could with a pillow over my ears!! Awful!! Not the staffs fault but maybe worry less...
