"Check in was simple, accomodating and hospitable. The place was elegant and very nicely decorated, clearly well-thought out. It had a lot of history. The room was smaller than I expected. The bed and bedding was comfortable and clean. The crew were very helpful and quick. Two small notes, room cleaning was a bit late (I arrived from hospital around 1pm and my room was not cleaned yet) and I hoped they improved the breakfast food. "We booked a standard room but they upgraded it to deluxe room (a nice surprise to ease our tiredness after traveling on a plane) Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast is very good, room is spacious, overall we loved our stay at East Indies Mansion.
