"This is an excellent property with walking distance towards the water, shopping area, and restaurants. The front desk service was FANTASTIC. Questions were answered quickly and they had taxis called for us on our departure date. They also offer complimentary staples on your fridge… we had some fruit, eggs, cheese, coffee/tea stocked. They also delivered a bread bag in the morning with rolls, croissants, and custard tarts. Extra bottles of water given on request. We had room 502 and it was more...

"We loved the hotel, it was so welcoming the staff were all friendly and willing to help the breakfast was very good lots of choice. It was very clean and the room was big and airy. The spa was a lovely bonus and the pool was really nice yo use after a day of walking. The hotel is also very central to everything easy walking distance to most things, don't forget to wear flat shoes due to the cobbles and steep hills . Definitely recommend"

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisboa. The building has an elevator, which made coming and going with luggage so much easier, and it's located on a flat street — a real plus in a city known for its hills! The location is fantastic, with shops and restaurants just steps away. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Our favorite feature, though, was the balcony — it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, watch the sunset over the city, and enjoy a bit of people...

"First time in Lisbon and could not have asked for a better hotel! It feels more like staying in a stylish boutique Lisbon loft than a traditional hotel. I was so happy and surprised at how spacious the loft was. The photos don't do it justice! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was a great addition (did not use it but would have if I needed to). Appreciated having more than one bathroom and the shower was perfect temperature and pressure. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival...

"Everything was great; the staff, the place and the location was superb. My only thing and I don’t know if it can be fixed is that the bathroom sometimes will have a tiny musky smell. I hate musky smells and maybe that’s why I am super sensitive to it. But, the entire place was very clean and my towels were changed daily. I will definitely go back and stay."
