"Our experience was amazing from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out. The attention to detail is like no other. All amenities are provided and then some. 5 star treatment! Housekeeping and Butler service 24/7. We were treated like family, staff knowing and greeting us by name and warm smiles. We have travelled a lot and this hotel will be hard to top!!! This hotel is a class act!!!"

"We had so much room for our family's stay. It was fantastic! Front desk reception was really helpful, and the breakfast service was wonderful. You don't have to go down for breakfast. They just bring it to the room. The only complaint is the noise at night due to the location close to the night club district. There were loud vehicles blaring music and loud partiers on the streets outside at night. Otherwise, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Amazing location. Right next to the Time Out Market. Beautiful views. The room was clean and loved the set-up (chairs, balcony, table, coffee machine, etc). The bathroom was modern and beautiful. Skylight in the shower. Super comfortable bed. The staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. Always ready to help and assist you. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back."

"We loved our stay here. We are a family of 3 (2 adults 1 child)- when we arrived there was a lovely welcome basket waiting for us, complete with a smaller basket for our kid. The property was super clean and lovely and surprisingly quiet for the location. It was also super convenient in location and the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Would def recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!"

"The hotel was opened in November 2025 so everything was like I am the first person to use. Everything is top notch. It is perfectly located to see everything in Lisbon. The only time we took Uber was to go to the Marina to take a sunset cruise"

"First time in Lisbon and could not have asked for a better hotel! It feels more like staying in a stylish boutique Lisbon loft than a traditional hotel. I was so happy and surprised at how spacious the loft was. The photos don't do it justice! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was a great addition (did not use it but would have if I needed to). Appreciated having more than one bathroom and the shower was perfect temperature and pressure. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival...

"Everything was great; the staff, the place and the location was superb. My only thing and I don’t know if it can be fixed is that the bathroom sometimes will have a tiny musky smell. I hate musky smells and maybe that’s why I am super sensitive to it. But, the entire place was very clean and my towels were changed daily. I will definitely go back and stay."
