Joao and the entire team was outstanding. They made our time is Lisbon perfect and their communication prior and during our stay made things extreme easy. They had great recommendations for places to eat and see and ensured we had everything in our room we needed. They also went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. The location is in heart of the nightlife of Lisbon but we barely heard any noise despite being on the 2nd floor.

We’ve traveled a lot, but this hotel is by far our favorite. Every detail was clearly thought out — from the charming wall decorations and delicious fig and pumpkin jams to the cozy slippers. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with one full bathroom, two half-bathrooms, and a small kitchen area that included a refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Iride, in particular, made me feel like she was a sister taking care of me and my family with such warmth and attention. After spending a couple of nights here, we continued our trip to Cádiz for two weeks — and I truly missed both the hotel and Iride. We’re happy to be back for a few more nights, and we look forward to returning in the future. I highly recommend staying here!

The people at this property are the most welcoming and helpful that anyone could ever hope for. The complimentary breakfast was really good and there are tons of restaurants and bars. It can get loud at night from all of the bars in the surrounding streets but it didn't keep us from sleeping. Raw Culture is an artsy hotel with a Soho vibe. Our room was equipped with a kitchen, two toilets and one shower

The staff that work here are exceptional. Friendly, helpful and make you feel like an honoured guest. The property itself is beautiful - unique, industrial/artsy eclectic decor, very clean. We had a massive suite with a great little kitchen (with dishwasher) and what turned out to be 3 bathrooms (two 1/2 baths and a 3rd sink/shower combo). King size bed that was very comfortable, great seating. Breakfast was included daily and it’s quite the spread with delicious espresso based drinks and fresh squeezed juices. Seriously some of the best OJ I’ve ever had. Location is very central and everything is within walking distance. Now for what could be a negative depending on your needs - the hotel is in the center of the action which is great during the daytime, but be aware that at night it gets extremely noisy and with thin windows you will be hearing yelling and partying till about 5 am, every day pretty much. This isn’t minor noise, it’s extreme as people party in the streets and those streets are directly under you. If that doesn’t bother you, bring a speaker and play your own music to drown out some of it or go join them ;) While location is convenient, be aware that Uber will not drop off/pick up from the hotel. You’ll have to access it a block over so expect to lug your suitcases, but it’s only a short trek. This is Lisbon, it’s hilly and it’s all cobblestones so wear appropriate footwear as the streets in the area can get treacherous. Noise aside, we loved our stay here.

The staff at Raw Culture are amazingly helpful and attentive to the needs of their guests. We can't thank them enough for their care and hospitality. Rooms are very spacious and modern, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Design/decor of hotel is very eclectic and stands out compared to cookie-cutter chain hotels. Neighbourhood is very unique and central to all areas of the old city, with great connections to public transit, etc. We would definitely go back to Lisbon and would definitely stay at Raw Culture again.

The hotel is really nice and well located. However if you get there by car, make sure to let the hotel know in advance. The hotel is on a restricted area so you can’t get there by car unless they provide you with a code. You have to park in a public parking 2 blocks away.

Short stay in Lisbon fir new years eve, excellent location although a little bit noisy at night (but it was NYE) so to be expected. Lovely rooms and staff, highly recommend.

They have great staff all around. Extremely knowledgable helpful and friendly..they made our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this as the place to stay in Lisbon. We will be back.

It was definitely a unique property. But would not rate it as 5 stars. Nicely furnished and set up. Good bed and nice shower. Everybody very friendly and nice made t oorder breakfast. It is not designed for kids. Lot of noise all night from partying around the property. The rooms are not really designed for kids, not enough space on bathroom counter to put toiletries.

Our stay at Raw Culture was perfect! It was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing!
