Don’t be put off by exterior. Nice sized double en-suite which I stayed in for a week. Small balcony to sit outside was great sun trap. Excellent situation just outside the main town. Although short walk and you were in the hub of things. Parking was on the street but safe and plentiful. Breakfasts were excellent. Variety of restaurants to eat in. Accommodation also provided sitting room with glasses, plates and crockery if you wanted to carry in. I would thoroughly recommend you stay here if visiting the lovely town of Berwick.

Great stay

Great stay, room spot on and great host. Unable to have cooked breakfast due to early start but provided me with a cold breakfast tray night before. wonderful and peaceful place to stay and relax.

Nice location

Nice atmosphere, good breakfast but it IS a B&B no bar or restaurant. Room had nice view, toilet/shower room very small sink outside where bed is. Staff Very helpful. well located for visiting other places.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent, all home cooked and served piping hot. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu. The owners were very helpful. It is only about a ten minute walk into Berwick so ideal to walk into town on an evening. The only drawback is that there wasnt any parking so we did park at the front of the hotel but if we hadnt been lucky enough to get a space it may have been a bit difficult with the luggage. However would definitely recommend the Rob Roy.

Little gem of a hotel.

Perfect small B&B, close enough for an easy walk into centre of town (or the beaches), and far enough for a quiet stay and easy parking. Very friendly owners, good clean rooms and delicious breakfasts; what more do you need.

Very friendly owner, phoned us a taxi came out and chatted to us while we waited. Told us of the history of area. Just very friendly , very clean. We needed a really early start the next morning so he gave a earlier than usual full english breakfast.

A fantastic place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at The Rob Roy Inn. I cant recommend it enough. Very friendly and helpful. Beautiful and very clean rooms. Well equipped. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Good access to the centre of Berwick and walks.

You're in for a treat here!

Absolutely first class - breakfast prepared with care, superb. Room - again excellent. Sounds OTT but couldn't recommend more highly, I like my golf road trips and try to get away for a few days 3/4 times a year and must rank one of the best places I have ever stayed if not the best! - very professional couple.

Rod roy Berwick,great b and b,superb breakfast!

Excellent b and b, really nice hosts,room clean and lovely and the absolute best breakfast weve ever had away, !thoroughly recommend rob roy berwick. Room cleaned every day,towels changed daily as well.nice little extras daily too like biscuits and bottled water with ample different teas and coffee. Parking straight outside the door. Space to sit out on a veranda if you wanted to relax in the sun. Location a short walk from centre. Overall an excellent well run b and b.

The Rob Roy is run by a lovely couple, Linda and Ian. Room 6 was clean and neat with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast served in the light airy dining room which overlooked the small but beautiful garden was excellent with a great choice. A small sun terrace was an added bonus at the end of a busy day sightseeing.
