"Kitchen not well equipped for cooking, just warming up or cooking eggs, very few utensils and no oven. Cleaning staff friendly but not English speaking. Although Expedia stated that a hair drier available on request, we requested one and were told by the reception person that it was not available! Really disappointing, but parking very easy and location ok to walk to oldtown/ center town, although not always through sidewalks, watch the traffic and walk fast. "

"Stayed first two weeks of April and it was the perfect time to be in the Algarve. The Crowne Plaza exceeded all of our expectations. Room was clean, service and staff were on top of everything and helpful beyond! The outdoor pool was beautiful and the beach as close as we needed…. And it was lovely. The breakfast was very good and had many dishes to choose from. We only ate at the hotel for dinner a couple of times but when we did, the meal and service was excellent. Many other restaurants...
