"We were there for 2 days and never had maid service! The 2nd night we came back around 10:00 pm, after being out since 11:00am, and no one had come to the room, to make the beds and replace used towels, and we needed clean towels! We called to the Lobby and 45 minutes later someone shows up at our door with one towel!! I personally went down to the lobby and got more towels. Not what I felt like doing after a busy day. I expected better from Marriott!"

"The rooms are largely self-service as there is limited staff. However, the property is clean, in a great location, and Dana at the front desk is very helpful. Highly recommended."

"The staff is poorly trained. One of two elevators was operational. The bathtub floor was dangerously slippery. No was there is no place to hang towels. There was no glass 👓 in the bathroom. The rugs needed to be vacuumed."

"Easy access, convenient location- loved that it was beside a driving range for the kids. Updated main areas & rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and a great touch for a busy week. Staff was very friendly "

"Having to pay 20 person is absolutely ridiculous. Plus 20 for parking. 2 a piece for a can of soda. Beds were very uncomfortable. Getting woke up very early morning hours because of the noise in the hallway. Will never stay there again or recommend. "

"The people here were amazing. Every interaction was delightful from start to finish. That being said, the property could use some work. The elevator sounded sketchy, and the room could use updating and maintenance. Despite the disrepair, the staff was so wonderful I would come back regardless. Thank you to the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast/kitchen staff. "

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...

"Even though I had to get my car out of the garage at 5:30 am the valet didn't show up until 6am. They could not find the second set of keys to open the Key cabinet so I was late for my surgery. The guy was working the overnight shift so it wasn't like he was starting work. Otherwise this is my hidden gem in Boston"

"Our stay was very pleasant. The room had plenty of space and a Peloton bike. The parking was ver easy and free. The hotel location is convenient to drive into Boston and surrounding areas on the highway. There is a Trillium Brewery and Restaurant right next door (walk in ~5 min). You can access the Blue Hills Skyline trail right across the street or drive 2 min to the lot. The breakfast was wonderful with many fresh options.
