"What a special place! If you are into unique, historical and elegant, this is your place. The bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. The gardens were beautiful. The only let down was we thought there would be a made-to-order breakfast but the cereal, muffins, coffee and juice were fine. There was only one other couple staying so it was quiet and peaceful."

"Con. Rooms are very minimal. Completely my fault for not noticing but there isn't a coffee pot in the room, nor a microwave. It took the AC a while to cool our room down. Pro. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are located in the bathroom. Nice hardwood floors."

"We stopped here on way back from Missouri and are so glad we did. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had supper at Bennie Hana that evening and the buffet breakfast in the morning was the best I had all week. A cook would make omelettes or fried eggs to order with all trimmings We will make this a regularly stop when going in that direction"

"My first time at a Holiday Express and I have to say the cleanliness is immaculate great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and the service was great as well. The breakfast was included Im not a big fan of breakfast food so I only had the biscuits and gravy that was ok but it wasn’t warm enough I think I got the end of the batch. Although it is near by a few fast food joints and close by the freeway. Definitely a hotel I would stay at again"

"The pool door was supposed to be open, it wasn't. There were no towels. The chlorine smell was overpowering, and the breakfast was mediocre, compared to the other Tru hotels I've stayed at. However, room was clean and everything else was fine."
