Walls were paper thin. Heater was broken and we had to have it replaced. Blew out dry hot air and kept us up all night as there was no way to adjust between blasting heat or freezing cold. beautiful hotel, amazinggg food on property (fresh, hot, options), my kids loved the pool + there’s a separate scenic pathway connected to hotel that goes right out to the beach ! would def book again.

Crystal Beach Hotel
No beach view. Terrible location of the room. Right by the elevator. So noisy. Looked out on another property. They wouldn’t let me move rooms. They said they were booked. This was not true. The location was pretty good.
