"My partner and I had such a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and super helpful throughout our visit. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed the amenities, especially the indoor pool!
What stood out to us most was the excellent customer service. My partner accidentally left his charger in the room after checkout, and the staff was kind enough to hold onto it until he could pick it up. We truly appreciated that!
Overall, it was the perfect...

"The answer ti a simple request was "no, because yoy made a reservation with a 3rd party". Annoying to know at last minute, they can help or accommodate your request, because you didn't reserved directly with them. Plus the sofa bed was broken, my daughter had to sleep in the floor, because they wouldn't help neither that issue."
