"Me gustó mucho pero siento que al llegar no me comentaron del desayuno y también mi recámara tenía detalles de mantenimiento que les comenté al llegar, pero la vista tan increíble, una cama muy cómoda sin duda regresaré ✨Gracias"

"The location is amazing being right in the middle of all the attractions. Very nice facility. However, our room was so incredibly far from the elevator access,. I suppose it is part of the Quirkiness of the property but I wish they would have given us a choice or let us know because the toddler can simply not walk that far down every time we are in and out of our room."

"We had a lovely stay
Pros:
Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Pillows galore upon request. Large room by London/European standards. Iron and hairdryer in room, soap and shampoo provided. Location, location, location! We were 20 min from each theatre we attended and easy walking distance from three Tube stations and a variety of bus stops. Lots of restaurants a block away and a Tesco Express for essentials.
Cons:
Water pressure was poor, common for my London experiences. Wish we'd had...
