"Excellent stay ! Right in heart of everything you want to see. Only thing is a little loud until about 1am but we didn’t mind ! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend."

"Wonderful customer service. Perfect locatiion. Everything was perfect!"

"Where do I even begin? LOL! The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and constantly checking in to make sure you were okay. Whether it was morning, afternoon, or evening, they always greeted you with a smile. The staff was truly superb! The hotel grounds were clean and beautiful, and we had no complaints. "Very nice, cozy, clean small hotel. Staff is extremely helpful, very good breakfast and excellent location. Some tenants next door were noisy but it could happen anywhere. Do not expect spacious rooms - this is historical downtown and most of hotel’s rooms are small. I will be back to this place."

"We recently stayed at the Pera Palace and our accommodations were fabulous. This old historic hotel did not show any signs of its age. The buffet breakfast is a real added treat with an incredible array of choices. The staff is very attentive and when we checked in our attendent accompanied us to our room via the old historic elevator."

"Das Hotel war okey, für ein kurzen Trip ausreichend. Die Bettdecken hätten sauberer sein können. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr groß. Wo wir da waren war dort eine Baustelle. Aber die Lage ist sehr gut."
