"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating—always ready to help and support us whenever needed. There are plenty of food options available below the hotel, with the added convenience of having meals delivered directly to the room. The room itself was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping and towel replenishment were promptly provided upon request. "The property is well intentioned however it’s not run professionally at all. From the fixtures to furnishings nothing screams $250 per night! Food that is included is completely bland and an insult to Indian food. "

"Until fully staffed don’t go!! Gosh, where do I start!!! The staff are lovely but they don’t have enough. The breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner were served after 1 hr. The property is nice but they will count every towel after u leave so don’t leave ur towel in gym or beach. I would never go back to this hotel. But they want to help but they cant. "
