"I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn North Houston Spring! The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made check-in quick and easy. My room was spacious, quiet, and the bed was super comfortable—I slept really well. I also loved the amenities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness center, which added a nice resort-style feel to the stay. The location was perfect—close to The Woodlands area and convenient to get around, but still quiet and relaxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Spring/Houston area!"

"The bed was comfy enough to sleep in and the staff members were super friendly, but everything else was terrible. The room looked clean at first, but then we noticed how dirty the shower was and there was lint balls in our sheets. The walls were thin enough to hear conversations. The biggest disappointment was the lack of daily housekeeping. Even asking for a fresh set of towels was an extra fee. It definitely felt cheap."

"This hotel was located near a very busy road. So there was a ton of noise. Extremely difficult to sleep. Be aware that this is more of a motel vs a hotel because roomdoors open to the outside. There is no elevator, so if you have luggage you will have to drag it upstairs. The doors don’t close completely so they constantly rattle. The curtains are not the right size so the light shines in. The staff was not overly friendly any of the times I talked to them. "

"I made a reservation with the Hotels.com app. When I arrived, I presented my driver's license where my first legal name is listed. I tried to pay with a card where my first name is listed as a shortened version of that legal name. The desk clerk accused me of fraud and I made my case. He refused to accept any of my cards so I did not get a room. But the app did manage to charge me for the room. I was out the cash with no room and had to find lodging at the last minute. To this day, they fight me on a refund."

"It's an okay stay. Water pressure sucks, water temp is barely survivable and why the hell would you knock on doors hours before check out to see if a guest is checking out??? The location was convenient, the staff was rude and I honestly felt more like a bother than a guest."
