Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. "The room itself was clean and neat. Breakfast attendant both mornings was very helpful. No internet 1st night because router not working. Eva gave me new password and had internet. Parking a problem. There is suppose to be a parking lot but no signage. Parking crowed on the street All in all a nice place with easy access to everything"
