"The room was super clean and a/c worked very well. The lake was right there with a dock . Fishing was excellent.
The only thing that was a minor issue was the fire pits don’t turn on until 8 pm ( should be more like 7 )
Also the grills got very little propane so it took a while to cook . Otherwise it was great . Will stay here again."

The door to the rooms top secure latch, didn’t secure. With all the human traffic walking back and forth it was an uneasy night of sleep. Gaping gap from floor of the front door (picture attached taken at 8pm), any slithering or crawling creature from outside was welcomed in easily. "Front Desk staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about Big Bear. They were able to help my wife and I with places to take our dog on the lake, and where some great options were to grab food and drinks.
Room was clean and very cute. It was spot on to the description and photos on the website.
Very close to the lake, and easy to get to Big Bear Village from the hotel.
Would absolutely stay here again with my dog when I am in Big Bear again."
