"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I booked my room almost two weeks in advance and requested a top-floor room before check-in because I'm a light sleeper. When we arrived, the front desk told us every top-floor room was sold out, so we were placed on the first floor. What really bothered me was seeing guests who checked in after us getting rooms on the top floor. That made it feel like our request and early reservation...

The bathroom was dirty, with the toilet seat falling off, the shower drain rusty and dirty, the shower curtain rod falling off. I refused to use the shower. The room smelled like a smoker had been there so the AC fan was not useable. The overall property was very seedy.
