"I have before pictures of us bringing in our things. The room was dirty, bathroom had stuff all in the sink, the toilet had been used and not flushed, the beds weren’t made, and drugs were actively being sold and used in the parking lot. There was nobody on property the two days we were there. Just a computer screen with a teenage boy on it."

"The night shift young lady was rude and unhelpful. The airport shuttle was inconsistent in timing, so much so that we finally called Uber. We couldn’t pick up our own phone signal anywhere in the building, but their WiFi was not that great either. But day shift staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property was very clean."

"There was a comb sitting in the hallway from the night I checked in until 2 mornings later when I checked out. The elevator didn't work after the first night. There were alarms going off frequently in the morning."
