"I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. "Make sure to check after you checkout they will charge your account for things at the front counter that you didn’t get. Crazy I was charged for something and the only thing they went off was that I grabbed something from there marketplace before I checked out but it could have been anyone which was crazy to me."

"We stayed at this hotel because it promised a hotel shuttle, but we didn’t realize that had to be booked 24 hours in advance so…in effect there is no hotel shuttle. It is an old hotel and not maintained to courtyard standards. Although our room was clean, there was a sour smell in it that made it hard to sleep."
