"The experience at this hotel was terrible. In the middle of the night, someone was kicking the doors and screaming, and there were police at the doors. The assistant was virtual, there was no staff member available to do the check-in. The only person I actually saw had a friendly smile, but I never saw them again. "Great stay"

"The place is in a convenient location. The property was clean. However, there were issues with maintenance. We stayed on the third floor and the elevator call button was not working. We had to take the stairs down with our luggage. The breakfast options were limited so we ate outside."

"Staff answered all questions. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice pool was a nice feature and the breakfast was good."

"The pillows were the only thing that were uncomfortable. They were very hard. Otherwise everything else was good. There were pillows and towels outside of other rooms. It wasn’t pleasing to see. We saw them outside the same rooms at least two days straight. The elevator was a little scary. It made weird noises and when it came to a stop you felt as if you were going to free fall down. I still recommend to stay here."

"The room was dirty and they was holes in the wall and they was a leak in the bathroom! The outside and inside was not clean at all! Staff was ok but it was a good location for food and I didn’t eat no breakfast"

"Friendliest front staff I think I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. They were friendly at check in and check out. Other staff around the hotel were friendly also. We went to breakfast kind of late. It was a little lacking but it was fine."
