"Staff were extremely helpful and great assortment at breakfast."

"Was a mess with construction lots of maintenance needed"

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed divided by a sliding door. It was perfect for us"

"I am so disappointed with this experience. We stayed at a Country Inns and Suites property in Grand Rapids and it was great. Property was well maintained, amenities were great and the staff were top notch. I assumed all properties were similar. Boy was I wrong. This property was not what I expected. "Super."

"Easy check in. No issues. Would return in the future."

"Room was clean"

"Courteous staff, clean hotel, comfortable bed and pillows.. a very short but pleasant stay. Shuttle drivers were timely for pickup and drop-off. Would definitely stay here again since it is also very close to the airport."

"This property is fantastic. No frills and clean and the right price. The lobby was stocked with food and drink and the breakfast in the morning, while basic (no frills!) included a yogurt machine."

"Property was old, but very clean would stay there again. Parking was nice well lit Was nice for a one night stay."

"Easy check in. Great location. Will book again!"
