"I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. The staff were awesome—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. Every staff member provided great customer service, which made the experience even better. The only minor issues were that the room did not have a microwave and there were not many drawers for storage, which seems more like a design issue....

"Seemed appealing at first but turned out to be very not! Had BEDBUGS! And was gaslit by management as if the pictures of the bedbugs wasn’t clear that they had bedbugs."

"This is a very nice place to stay, either for travel from CVG or for a getaway. From the second we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff, the place looked and smelled fresh and clean. Checkin was a breeze, they were super accommodating in arranging transportation to the airport for an early am flight, and all that was before we got to the room! The room itself is very nicely laid out, comfy and well apportioned. We had the shower with sprays, it was fantastic!...

"Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport was a pleasant place to stay. Parking was free when we stayed in March 2026, and the area was great- close to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. Free breakfast each morning included hot protein options, as well as make your own fresh waffles, and the usual cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and bread options. The room was clean, and well laid out. The pool area was a bit grubby, but it was busy being enjoyed any time we went. It would be nice if there was...
