"I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. The staff were awesome—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. Every staff member provided great customer service, which made the experience even better. The only minor issues were that the room did not have a microwave and there were not many drawers for storage, which seems more like a design issue....

"This is a very nice place to stay, either for travel from CVG or for a getaway. From the second we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff, the place looked and smelled fresh and clean. Checkin was a breeze, they were super accommodating in arranging transportation to the airport for an early am flight, and all that was before we got to the room! The room itself is very nicely laid out, comfy and well apportioned. We had the shower with sprays, it was fantastic!...

Gave a rating of "good" because the coffee machine in the breakfast room was broken and the fan in the bathroom was loud, as if a helicopter was about to land. "I arrived during the huge snowstorm and Justin at the front desk was so helpful, he welcomed me in from the cold and his customer service was incredible! Overall the stay was very nice and the staff is wonderful, I would definitely recommend!! "

"Its a days inn. Not bad but also not the best. Smells like cigarettes and pot. Id stay here again if in the area. The price is good, bed is decent, 4 good sized pillows on a king. Microwave, fridge and small desk. Our room faced the highway so the road noise was loud. Typical noise level can be heard from neighbors. Resturants and stores nearby. Lady who checked me in was nice. Lobby area is tidy. Supposedly there is breakfast but we never eat it. Wifi is good. One negative is the light closest...
